Booking a stay

When you book one of our seven Lodgify-managed properties, your contact and payment details are collected directly by Lodgify on its own secure checkout page — this site never collects or stores your payment information. For the South Boston Seaside Residence, contact happens directly with the owner.

Driveway parking requests

If you submit a parking request, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the optional details you provide (Lodgify reservation number, vehicle make/model, license plate, note) solely to manage parking for your stay. This information is never used for marketing, and you are never automatically enrolled in a marketing list. For exclusive paid parking, payment is collected entirely on Stripe’s own secure checkout page — we never see or store your card details.

Parking request details are retained for 90 days after your departure date, after which your name, email, phone number, vehicle information, and license plate are removed or anonymized. A non-identifying record of the dates, unit, and amount may be retained longer for accounting purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of essential cookies needed for it to function (for example, remembering your cookie choice). With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which visits lead to a booking or contact request. Analytics may collect information such as the pages you view, the property or location you’re browsing, and general technical details like your browser and approximate location — never your name, email, phone number, selected dates, or other personal information you enter elsewhere on the site.

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject these optional cookies. Nothing beyond essential cookies runs until you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this domain, which will show the banner again on your next visit. Analytics information is never used to add you to an email marketing list.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with third parties beyond what’s operationally necessary to deliver the service you requested (Lodgify for bookings, Stripe for parking payment, our email provider for confirmations).
