Parking Terms

Driveway parking is available only to guests staying at the two Jamaica Plain condos sharing this driveway. Choosing “No parking” or “Shared parking” costs nothing. “Exclusive parking” is a flat $50.00 fee per stay, regardless of how many nights you’re staying.

An exclusive parking selection is held for a limited window while you complete payment. If payment isn’t completed within that window, the hold is released automatically and the dates become available to other guests again.

Exclusive parking is confirmed only once payment is verified — not simply by starting checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your request is confirmed.
